Our law firm, Y. Karamanolis & Associates LLC, is interested to hire a SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST to support its legal team in Nicosia.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to manage the company’s call centre and arrange meetings and appointments with clients.
- Ability to manage the company’s filing system and maintain an organized environment for court cases files, documents and related correspondence.
Previous experience in a similar position and proficiency in the use of Zygos software will be considered an advantage.
