Vacancy for Secretary/Receptionist position

Our law firm, Y. Karamanolis & Associates LLC, is interested to hire a SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST to support its legal team in Nicosia.

Requirements

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Ability to manage the company’s call centre and arrange meetings and appointments with clients.
Ability to manage the company’s filing system and maintain an organized environment for court cases files, documents and related correspondence.
Previous experience in a similar position and proficiency in the use of Zygos software will be considered an advantage.
